Veterans Benefits Administration
ElderServe HomeCare is proud to serve the veterans in Louisville. We are a vendor with the US Department of Veterans Affairs Geriatrics and Extended Care Program providing Home Health Aide & Homemaker Program services. The program pays for a Homemaker or Home Health Aide for up to 4 hours per visit, anywhere from 1 to 7 days a week. It also provides families caregiver relief for up to 6 hours, 30 times a year. Services available are based on need.
